Ingredients
For the Wings
1lb. Smart Chicken Party Wings
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
For the Sauce
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons garlic minced
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese freshly grated
2 tablespoons parsley chopped small
Directions
Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees for 4 minutes. Remove the chicken wings from the package and pat them dry with paper towel.
Add the wings to a mixing bowl. Drizzle them with the avocado oil and the spice rub. Toss until well coated. Spray the preheated air fryer basket with avocado oil spray.
Add a layer of wings to the air fryer basket. Do not overlap. You may need to do batches based on the size of your air fryer. Bake at 380 for 18-20 minutes flipping halfway through.
Five minutes before the wings are finished cooking add warm butter, freshly minced garlic, freshly chopped parsley, and freshly grated cheese to a mixing bowl. Toss the hot wings in this sauce until they are well coated. Serve hot and enjoy.
