Ingredients
3.5 pounds Smart Chicken Drumsticks (About 10 drumsticks)
2 oz. ranch seasoning or salad dressing mix
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove drumsticks from packaging and wipe down with paper towel to remove any excess moisture. Using a shallow pan, prepare a dredging station by placing the seasoning in the pan and roll each drumstick in the ranch seasoning, applying an even coating. Place drumsticks on a greased baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes or until chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165°F. Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
