Chicken Parmesan Casserole

Chicken Parmesan Casserole combines all the wonderful flavors of a classic chicken parmesan in one, simple dish! Pasta is tossed together with marinara sauce, then topped with crispy chicken tenders and mozzarella cheese. Baked until perfectly bubbly, this casserole comes to the table for an easy-serve, delicious dinner!

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Bring water to boil in a large pot. Add in the pasta and cook according to package instructions until just before al dente. Meaning not cooking all the way through so that the pasta doesn’t get mushy when baking. Drain.

Pour the pasta sauce into the noodles and gently toss to coat. Pour the pasta into a 9×13 baking dish. Evenly top the prepared pasta with the Smart Chicken Breaded Chicken Breast Tenders. Bake for about 10-12 minutes.

Evenly top the casserole with the shredded cheese and bake for another 5-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Use the broiler on high for a couple minutes to get the cheese browned if desired.

Garnish with fresh basil, serve with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
