Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

Ingredients (for the Sauce)

  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water

  • ¼ cup Smart Chicken Classic Chicken Bone Broth

  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil

  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

Prepare sauce by combining cornstarch mixture with bone broth, peanut oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic and red pepper flakes. Whisk ingredients together and set aside. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet over medium heat and add chicken cooking until light golden brown or internal temperature of 165°F. Add vegetables, cooking for 1-2 minutes. Add sauce, coating the meat and vegetables and bring to boil/ Once the sauce has reduced, lower heat and let sauce thicken before serving. Serve over rice.
