Ingredients
1 16.9 oz Chicken Bone Broth
4 Tablespoons butter
2 cups onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
¾ teaspoon dried sage
½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 - 12 oz packages sweet Hawaiian sweet rolls, dried and cut into cubes
2 eggs
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. In a sauté pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, celery, sage, thyme, and parsley. Cook until vegetables are tender. In a large mixing bowl, combine vegetable mixture, bread cubes, eggs, chicken broth pepper and salt. Using your hands, mix until combined and spread evenly in baking dish. Bake covered for 45 minutes and then bake uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes.
